Authentic leadership is a core focus in my work. Based on my own experiences, I understand the challenges professionals face in balancing work and personal commitments. For example, during my time as a Project manager, I encountered setbacks and high-pressure situations where I had to juggle various responsibilities to keep projects on track. From these experiences, I learned the importance of focusing on solutions, setting boundaries and prioritising self-care to avoid burnout.
I understand that professionals often attend conferences and events to enhance their personal and professional lives. That’s why I make myself available to speak on various stages around the world (podcasts too!), sharing insights and experiences to support their growth and development and my own podcast recently launched “Shifts Choices Laughter Lifts” has been my way to show up with authenticity and bring guests from all walks of life that are leading by example being themselves and sharing stories of challenges they had overcome while I explore a variety of subjects and bring great laughters to shift the vibrations, specially when the topics may get too deep.
