From inspirational Keynote speakers to an amazing live performance, here is everything that took place at the Global Woman Awards 2021.
On the evening of International Women’s Day, many Global women put on their best dresses and prepared for an eventful evening. The event taking place was the Global Woman Awards 2021 and although being conducted virtually, it did not stop the excitement of many; as they prepared to be inspired by the likes of Kim Kiyosaki and Mary Buffett, entertained by the young and talented Amela Agastra and finally celebrate with their fellow women at the awards ceremony.
Keynote Speaker- Kim Kiyosaki: The Rise of Female Entrepreneurs
One of the keynote speakers that joined the Global Women on their special night was Kim Kiyosaki, she is no stranger to the world of Global Woman; having been a speaker and recipient of a Global Woman Award, it seemed right to have Kim Kiyosaki back to join in the celebration. Her speech was fitting for the occasion as she discussed the rise of female entrepreneurs and emphasized on why women should invest in their education concerning money. Kim, also gave tips on how to become ‘financially free’. Through her hard work and sacrifices, Kim has created an empire that helps women put themselves at the forefront of their brand.
Keynote Speaker- Mary Buffett: The World Needs More Women Investors
A 7-time best-selling author and top finance expert, Mary Buffett joined CEO of Global Woman Mirela Sula on Monday evening to discuss why the world needs more women investors. A household name in the world of finance with many accolades, Ms. Buffett is an expert in the world of investing and offered a key lesson that encourages more women to enter the world of investment. Joined by Kim Kiyosaki in an exciting and informative conversation. It was definitely not one to miss.
Musical Guest: Amela Agastra
Everyone knows that an awards show is not complete without a musical guest, and the Global Woman team did not disappoint. Only 17 years old, Amela Agastra graced the Global Woman award stage with her talent and elegant looks, by offering a cover of the famous song “Be Honest” by Jorja Smith, followed by her own original music. Her performance set the tone for the awards to follow; herself nominated for the aspirational award. Although confined between the walls at home, her music was able to bring the Global women together as they prepared to celebrate one another & achievements.
